About The Position

We are seeking a talented, experienced wedding photographer who can create imagery that beautifully tells a couple’s wedding-day story. The role involves capturing both candid and posed moments. Photographers are expected to approach each shoot with enthusiasm, poise, and style while managing the day efficiently and effectively. Photographers can continue to independently build their own business while filling their open dates with us.

Requirements

• Proven professional shooting experience.
• A unique, attention-grabbing portfolio.
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, or other photography-specific software.
• Skills in shooting and lighting.
• Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques.
• Own high-quality digital equipment, including a camera and backup, lenses, and flash.

Responsibilities

• Capture candid and posed moments that tell a couple’s wedding-day story.
• Provide available dates.
• Capture and process images, including culling and lightly enhancing them, until the desired results are achieved.
• Shoot a variety of styles.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures.
