About The Position

We are seeking a talented, experienced wedding photographer who can create imagery that beautifully tells a couple’s wedding-day story. The team captures both candid and posed moments. Personality is equally important: photographers are expected to approach each shoot with enthusiasm, poise, and style while managing the day efficiently and effectively. Photographers can continue to independently build their own business while filling their open dates with the company.

Requirements

• Proven wedding photography experience.
• Own high-quality digital equipment, including a camera and backup, lenses, and flash.
• Proven professional shooting experience.
• A unique, attention-grabbing portfolio.
• Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, or other photography-specific software.
• Skill in shooting and lighting.
• Competency in applying photographic best practices and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Capture and process images, including culling and light enhancement, until the desired results are achieved.
• Shoot a variety of styles.
• Provide available dates.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of photographic best practices and procedures.
