The company works closely with clients to ensure a seamless experience from planning to final delivery. This is an on-site contract role for a Wedding Photographer based in Denver, CO. The Wedding Photographer will capture weddings and related events, including pre-ceremony preparations, ceremonies, receptions, and portrait sessions, following agreed shot lists and creative direction. Responsibilities include coordinating with couples and planners, scouting locations, managing lighting and equipment, and maintaining a professional presence throughout the event. The role also involves culling and editing images, preparing galleries, and delivering final files within established timelines and quality standards. The Wedding Photographer may support social media content creation, assist with portfolio curation, and contribute ideas to enhance client experience and visual style.

Requirements

Strong wedding-focused skills, including Wedding Photography and Event Photography, with a portfolio showcasing diverse wedding settings and styles.
Solid foundational Photography abilities, including composition, lighting, and use of professional camera equipment.
Proficiency in Image Editing tools and workflows (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop or equivalent) for color correction, retouching, and consistent visual style.
Familiarity with Social Media Marketing to help select and format images for online promotion and brand visibility.
Reliable access to professional photography gear and backup equipment suitable for weddings and events.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to direct groups and work calmly under time pressure.
Strong organizational skills, including time management, file management, and adherence to delivery deadlines.
Previous experience shooting weddings or large events.
Ability to work extended hours on event days, stand for long periods, and travel within the Denver, CO area as needed.
