Requirements

• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other business software
• Available to work weekends and flexible schedules based on events
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Wedding planning, hospitality, catering, hotel, restaurant, or event experience
• Food Handler Card
• Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification

Responsibilities

• Guide couples through every stage of the planning process
• Build lasting client relationships through exceptional communication
• Coordinate planning meetings, tastings, venue walkthroughs, and timelines
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, sales, and venue teams
• Partner with vendors to ensure seamless event execution
• Anticipate challenges and confidently solve problems
• Manage multiple events while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Deliver hospitality that exceeds expectations
