About The Position
Wedgewood Weddings & Events is seeking dynamic Part-Time Banquet Bartenders who are high-energy, thrive under pressure, and love creating great guest experiences in the fast-paced world of weddings and events. This role is ideal for individuals available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, day and night, offering a flexible schedule perfect for students or those seeking a side gig. The bartender will be a key player in crafting memorable experiences for clients and guests, blending mixology skills with a friendly personality and team spirit. The position involves serving beverages quickly and efficiently, engaging guests with friendly service, handling high-volume service, upholding high standards, and following safety and sanitation protocols.
Requirements
- Previous experience in high-volume environments preferred
- Outgoing and personable, with a knack for making guests feel welcome
- Ability to handle busy shifts with a smile and professionalism
- Evenings, weekends and holidays are a must
- Food Handler’s Card & Responsible Beverage Server (RBS) certifications required
Responsibilities
- Serve beverages quickly and efficiently while keeping the bar stocked and clean
- Deliver outstanding, friendly service to keep the party going
- Master the art of high-volume service with a smile
- Uphold high standards and make every moment count
- Follow safety and sanitation protocols to keep everything running smoothly
- May include lifting chairs, moving tables, and assisting with banquet set-up and tear-down
