About The Position

Wedgewood Weddings is hiring energetic banquet servers to support wedding events and help create memorable celebrations. The role involves setting up event spaces according to client specifications, serving meals, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and helping prepare the venue for subsequent events. Servers will also cross-train to support bar operations as bartenders.

This is a fast-paced hospitality role suited to people who are enthusiastic, quick on their feet, organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure. No prior experience is required, although hospitality experience is a plus. The position requires lifting chairs, moving tables, assisting with setup and teardown, and regular availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Shifts may exceed eight hours, and workweeks may exceed 40 hours.
