About The Position

Wedgewood Weddings is seeking energetic banquet servers to help create memorable wedding celebrations. The role supports event operations by preparing venues to event specifications, serving guests, maintaining clean and organized spaces, and completing post-event cleanup. Servers assist guests with menu options, dietary needs, and event details while following safety and sanitation guidelines.

This fast-paced hospitality role requires enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, the ability to remain calm under pressure, speed, organization, attention to detail, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. No prior experience is required; hospitality experience is a plus. The work includes physical setup and teardown duties, and requires regular availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. Shifts may exceed eight hours, and workweeks may exceed 40 hours.
