About The Position

Complete Playground is seeking a hands-on Website Developer & Digital Systems Manager to take day-to-day ownership of our website and online customer systems. This is not just a website design position. We need someone who can maintain, troubleshoot, update, and continuously improve our digital platforms, with particular responsibility for our ROLLER booking and customer-management system.

Requirements

• Demonstrated website development and maintenance experience
• Experience with booking, e-commerce, CRM, or membership platforms
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• HTML/CSS and general web-development knowledge
• Organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ROLLER is highly preferred, but strong candidates with comparable systems experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the Complete Playground website
• Manage and update ROLLER, including products, memberships, classes, camps, events, pricing, schedules, promotions, waivers, and booking flows
• Troubleshoot website, checkout, booking, and integration issues
• Create and update landing pages for programs, events, birthdays, memberships, and promotions
• Ensure information across the website and ROLLER is accurate and current
• Improve customer experience and online conversion
• Coordinate integrations with email, CRM, analytics, payment, and marketing systems
• Work closely with management, marketing, operations, and program teams
• Provide ongoing technical support and quickly resolve digital issues
