As a Webmaster, you will provide technical support and follow-up for site owners and webmasters, addressing requests and operational issues. You will diagnose and resolve Drupal site incidents, implementing workarounds to restore service availability. You will perform root cause analysis of recurring incidents and implement corrective and preventive solutions. You will support development teams with deployment activities, release preparation, and implementation procedures. You will manage and maintain Drupal/LAMP infrastructure, including software configuration and hosting environments. You will monitor and analyse Drupal site performance, identifying opportunities for optimisation and improved reliability. You will implement and maintain CI/CD processes and manage development infrastructure, including AWS Cloud9-based environments. You will manage software releases and controls, ensuring deployments comply with established procedures and quality requirements. You will contribute to architecture reviews, security assessments, risk analyses, technical studies, and technology evaluations related to Drupal/LAMP infrastructure. You will participate in technical working groups and user meetings, supporting testing, documentation, quality assessments, reporting, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
