Megatel Homes is expanding into the Web3 space, and we’re looking for a Web3 Graphic Designer who can bring bold ideas, sharp visuals, and a deep understanding of crypto culture to our growing digital ecosystem. Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing modern, high-end design work (Web3/crypto experience is a major plus)
• Solid understanding of Web3 fundamentals: tokens, wallets, DeFi, NFTs, on-chain culture, etc.
• Experience designing for social-first and mobile-first environments
• Ability to work quickly, iterate fast, and adapt to emerging trends
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion design tools are a plus
• Strong sense of typography, layout, color, and branding
• Experience with motion graphics or short-form video content
• Familiarity with Web3 communities, meme culture, and the fast-moving nature of crypto
• Comfortable working with fast-paced, cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Design engaging, scroll-stopping visuals for social platforms including X, Discord, Telegram, and Instagram
• Create marketing assets for token launches, product features, announcements, and multi-channel campaigns
• Develop brand-consistent graphics for landing pages, digital ads, and email campaigns
• Translate complex Web3 concepts into simple, visually appealing content that resonates with both newcomers and crypto-native audiences
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and community teams to bring campaigns to life
• Contribute to evolving brand guidelines, visual identity, and storytelling across all touchpoints
• Support rapid experimentation with creative concepts, trends, and formats
