Requirements

  • 3-8 years of web UI/UX design experience
  • Strong portfolio of high-end AI / SaaS websites
  • Experience at fast-growing brands
  • Deep understanding of conversion-focused UX
  • Strong systems thinking and interaction design skills
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows

Responsibilities

  • Own Website Experience Design:
  • Design intuitive, elegant, high-performing web interfaces
  • Elevate PDP, checkout, and onboarding UX
  • Translate complex AI features into clear visual flows
  • Ensure consistency across global markets
  • Design for Growth & Conversion:
  • Collaborate with Website PM on A/B testing experiments
  • Improve conversion rate and membership attach rate
  • Optimize mobile-first experience
  • Reduce friction across funnel stages
  • Build & Maintain Design Systems:
  • Contribute to scalable web design system
  • Ensure alignment with global Brand VI
  • Standardize components for speed and consistency
  • Partner with Engineering for pixel-perfect implementation
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration, work closely with:
  • Brand team (visual direction & storytelling)
  • Product team (feature clarity)
  • Engineering (handoff & execution)
  • Growth team (data insights & experiments)
