About The Position

We are seeking a versatile and strategic Web Project Manager & Digital Marketer to lead and execute web production and online marketing initiatives from end to end. In this hybrid role, you will bridge the gap between project leadership and data-driven marketing strategy. You will accompany the sales team to initial client consultations, craft digital marketing plans, oversee site construction timelines, manage advertising campaigns, perform web analytics, and deliver continuous post-launch optimization—driving the entire project lifecycle forward. This position offers the unique opportunity to manage projects comprehensively from strategy formulation to site launch, advertising operation, analytics, and ongoing PDCA cycles. Requirements

  • Hands-on professional experience executing digital marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record managing paid search or social media ad campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • Practical experience leveraging web analytics tools such as Google Analytics to extract business insights.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to clearly structure requirements, build presentation plans, and draft proposals.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • High proficiency and strong communication skills in both English and Japanese.
  • Valid US Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

  • Accompany the sales team to client meetings to conduct discovery hearings and clarify requirements.
  • Design comprehensive web and digital marketing strategies tailored to client goals.
  • Author high-quality business proposals, strategic marketing plans, and project blueprints.
  • Direct project execution while monitoring timelines, tracking resource hours, and ensuring premium deliverable quality.
  • Setup, monitor, and optimize paid digital media campaigns, including Google Ads and Social Media Ads.
  • Conduct in-depth traffic and conversion analysis using Google Analytics and other analytical tools.
  • Strategize, plan, and deploy Search Engine Optimization (SEO) campaigns and content marketing frameworks.
  • Oversee social media account activities, analyze audience engagement, and design or write copy for email newsletters and web content.
  • Produce polished presentation decks and supportive documentation for client pitches.
  • Analyze post-launch data to establish a rigorous PDCA cycle, presenting strategic enhancement proposals to clients.
