About The Position

At Sheridan Minnesota, your work doesn’t disappear into a spreadsheet—it becomes books, catalogs, and printed materials people use every day. If you’ve worked with machines, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in quality, we’ll train you to run high-speed printing equipment. This is a 2nd shift position - working Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11 PM with potential for overtime hours.

Requirements

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work.
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

Nice To Haves

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience.
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment.
• Graphic arts and/or technical school background.

Responsibilities

• Work with Press Operator to aid in the operation of the printing press.
• Ensure paper is loaded and monitor pH and conductivity of fountain solution on presses.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and keep production moving.
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
