As a Web Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the digital experience for one of the world’s most recognized technology brands. Your work will directly influence how millions of visitors engage with motorola.com across North America, helping turn meaningful experiences into measurable business results. You’ll partner closely with a dynamic, cross‑functional group—including Creative, Media, Social, CRM, Ecommerce, and Integrated Marketing (Analytics & Operations)—to design and execute website strategies that drive performance. We’re looking for a highly analytical, curious marketer who enjoys connecting insights to action and thrives in a collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our affiliate marketing efforts, ensuring programs, processes, and on‑site strategies are optimized to drive sales and growth. What you do every day will have a visible impact on the company’s success—supporting company growth, strengthening brand reputation, and fueling innovation as we continue to evolve our digital presence. This is a hybrid role, which will require you to work at the Merchandise Mart office in Chicago 2-3 days per week.
