About The Position
Cherie Amour is hiring a Marketing Specialist to support campaign planning, content creation, and execution across email, web, and digital channels. This role focuses on bringing marketing campaigns to life; from developing promotional ideas to building emails, updating web content, and ensuring every client touchpoint is polished, cohesive, and on-brand. This role is primarily focused on email marketing, campaign execution, website updates, and content creation. Social media support is secondary. We're looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and proactive - someone who can contribute ideas, take direction, and execute high-quality work.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or campaign execution.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
- Strong copywriting skills for emails, promotions, and web content.
- Experience creating marketing assets using Canva or similar design tools.
- Experience updating websites or working with landing pages (WordPress and Shopify preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Clear and professional communication skills.

- Strong eye for design and care about clean, polished, visually appealing work.
- Enjoy writing and can create clear, engaging marketing copy.

- Experience working on promotional campaigns or product launches.
- Familiarity with SMS marketing.

Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal initiatives.
- Help bring campaign ideas to life across email, web, and supporting channels.
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule.
- Build, design, and schedule email and SMS campaigns.
- Write clear, engaging, and on-brand copy for promotions and client communication.
- Assist with segmentation and campaign setup to ensure effective targeting.
- Maintain a high standard of design and layout across all email communications.
- Update website content, promotions, and landing pages.
- Assist in building pages that support campaigns and improve conversion.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and a seamless user experience across the site.
- Create marketing assets including email designs, graphics, and digital content using Canva or similar tools.
- Maintain a cohesive and elevated brand aesthetic across all platforms.
- Collaborate with the team to source and organize content (images, testimonials, etc.).
- Assist with content creation and scheduling for social media.
- Ensure social content aligns with overall campaigns and brand messaging.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Stay organized across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support overall marketing initiatives.
