  • Exposure to web or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong meeting facilitation skills with the ability to run productive sessions and maintain clear documentation.
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in status updates and stakeholder summaries.
  • Fluency with backlog and project tracking tools (Asana, Jira, or similar).
  • Comfort working across functions and driving follow-through without formal authority.
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable with a keen eye for potential stalls.

  • Participate in agency calls, assisting with roadmap, follow-ups, and action items.
  • Maintain roadmap visibility by assembling written web updates for cross-functional stakeholders and assisting with prioritization.
  • Groom AEO/SEO and CRO backlogs by marking items complete, capturing new requests, and flagging resource needs.
  • Track and follow up on action items across workstreams to prevent delays.
  • Escalate blockers to the appropriate owners (execution questions to the web team lead, program decisions to the program owner).
  • Deliver a weekly one-page status report to leadership.
  • Act as a liaison across marketing calls, identifying related items for the web team that require resourcing or prioritization.
