Web Marketing Program Coordinator

Braze•New York, NY
•$30,000 - $40,000•Remote

About The Position

This role is a contract position covering a planned leave of absence, lasting approximately 7 months from September 1 to March 30, with a commitment of 20-25 hours per week. The Web Marketing Program Coordinator will act as the connective tissue for the web marketing team, managing the meeting rhythm, follow-ups, and cross-team communication to ensure web marketing workstreams (SEO/AEO, CRO, and quarterly web launches) remain coordinated and on schedule. This is a process-and-communication-focused role that involves managing high-velocity workstreams, aligning resources, and supporting leadership decisions to keep the roadmap on track. The goal is to keep the moving pieces together so the team can focus on the core work.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a marketing program manager or similar role.
  • Exposure to web or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong meeting facilitator who runs tight, productive sessions and leaves a clear paper trail.
  • Excellent written communicator, especially in status updates and stakeholder summaries.
  • Fluent with backlog and project tracking tools (Asana, Jira, or similar).
  • Comfortable working across functions and driving follow-through without formal authority.
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable.
  • Ability to notice when something is about to stall and act before it does.

Nice To Haves

  • Web and demand generation experience.

Responsibilities

  • Run the operating rhythm by facilitating weekly SEO/AEO/CRO meetings and ensuring web team standup mechanics are tight (agendas, notes, action tracking).
  • Attend internal engineering, AEO/SEO, and web meetings to capture requests and decisions relevant to the web team.
  • Sit on agency calls, assisting with roadmap, follow-ups, and action items.
  • Keep the roadmap visible by assembling written web updates for cross-functional stakeholders (reviewed by the web team lead) and assisting in prioritizing incoming work with input from workstream owners.
  • Groom the AEO/SEO and CRO backlogs by marking items as done, capturing new requests for triage, and flagging when resources are becoming limited.
  • Track and chase action items across workstreams to prevent stalls.
  • Escalate blockers by spotting them and routing them to the appropriate owner (execution questions to the web team lead, program decisions to the program owner).
  • Deliver a weekly one-page status report to leadership for visibility without requiring additional meetings.
  • Act as the connective tissue across various marketing calls, identifying related items for the web team that require resourcing or prioritization.
  • Support launch coordination by maintaining the quarterly web launch checklist (owners, dates, dependencies) and partnering with BizOps on timeline and strategy alignment, including occasional support material creation (e.g., slides).
