About The Position

This is a hands-on Web Full Stack Lead role requiring technical leadership alongside active development using the core web stack. The lead will guide the engineering team, design solutions, make technical decisions, and contribute directly to development. The role focuses on React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS cloud-native development and architecture, and Kubernetes/container-based deployment platforms. It also involves enterprise web application architecture, modernization, and cloud migration.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Web Full Stack development experience.
• Technical leadership experience.
• Experience with React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience with AWS cloud-native development or architecture.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container-based deployment platforms.
• Knowledge of full-stack design patterns and enterprise web application architecture.
• Application modernization and cloud migration experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams, conducting design and code reviews, and resolving complex production issues.
• Strong understanding of scalability, reliability, security, performance, and observability.

Nice To Haves

• GraphQL Federation experience is highly preferred.
• At least 9 years of experience, identified as a priority for candidates.
