Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or website management in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
  • Proven record of driving organic growth through effective SEO strategies.
  • Experience with LLM-driven search trends and adapting SEO practices.
  • Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing, and user experience improvements.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools like GA4, HubSpot, and similar platforms.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven, curious, and able to lead agency partners effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day website management in HubSpot.
  • Lead the strategy, management, and performance of the website, ensuring optimal conversion rates.
  • Continuously improve site architecture, user experience, and content through collaboration.
  • Own the global SEO strategy, driving qualified traffic through technical optimizations.
  • Conduct keyword and topic research and monitor performance to sustain organic growth.
  • Build and manage a continuous testing framework for conversion rate optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that track website performance and traffic quality.
