About The Position

America On Tech (AOT) is a national nonprofit dedicated to preparing the next generation of technology leaders from underestimated communities. Since 2014, AOT has offered no-cost tech education and workforce training to students in NYC, LA, Miami, and Atlanta, equipping them with in-demand skills in AI, Web Development, Data Science, and more, to create pathways to higher education and careers. To date, AOT has served over 5,300 students and facilitated more than 1,000 paid internships, with alumni being twice as likely to attend college and five times more likely to pursue tech degrees. The Tech Flex Leaders (TFL) Program is an immersive, out-of-school time program for high school juniors and seniors interested in technology, now including a focus on artificial intelligence (AI). Through TFL, students engage in weekly technical training sessions with industry experts, professional development workshops, and career days/mentorship opportunities. AOT is seeking dynamic Web Development Instructors to deliver the TFL Web Development curriculum to students this semester.
