About The Position

The Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing shareQ’s websites, platforms, and web-based tools. The role calls for a creative problem-solver who works closely with cross-functional teams to improve user experience, support digital projects, and ensure high-quality technical performance. The developer builds and maintains custom websites and tools, improves digital content and performance, supports SEO, and tests and explores technologies as needed.

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Software Engineering, boot camp training, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in web development.
Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Experience with front-end and back-end frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
Previous experience working on professional web development projects or a portfolio of completed work.

Nice To Haves

Experience with WordPress and Drupal.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Module LMS.
App development experience.

Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain custom websites and web tools.
Create and manage websites using custom CMS development.
Optimize website content, speed, performance, and accessibility.
Work with the design and communication teams to build responsive, pixel-perfect web pages.
Improve the overall user experience across shareQ’s digital platforms.
Support search engine optimization through on-page and off-page SEO practices.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Test, debug, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure quality and performance.
Use AI tools to improve productivity and speed up development tasks.
Explore and test new technologies when needed.
