About The Position

Century Mechanical Holdings is seeking a hands-on Web Developer / Marketing Technology Specialist to support the continued growth of our home services portfolio. This role is ideal for a versatile, “jack-of-all-trades” web developer who can design, build, optimize, and maintain high-performing websites for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related home service brands. This person will play a key role in launching new acquisition websites, building scalable landing page frameworks, improving mobile conversion, supporting local SEO, and integrating our web properties with the broader ServiceTitan Pro Products ecosystem. The right candidate should have a strong portfolio of home services websites and a practical understanding of what makes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other contractor websites convert: fast load times, clear calls-to-action, mobile-first design, local service area relevance, online booking, call tracking, form tracking, and lead attribution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience designing and building websites for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or broader home services companies.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating home services website work, especially contractor websites built for lead generation.
  • Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and mobile-first development.
  • Experience working with modern CMS platforms and website builders, such as WordPress, Webflow, custom CMS platforms, or similar systems.
  • Experience building landing pages for paid search, Local Services Ads, SEO, and local service-area campaigns.
  • Understanding of conversion optimization for phone calls, forms, online booking, and emergency service leads.
  • Experience implementing GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, pixels, call tracking, form tracking, and conversion events.
  • Working knowledge of local SEO and technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Ability to manage multiple brand websites, deadlines, launch projects, and stakeholder requests at the same time.
  • Must be U.S.-based and available to work East Coast business hours.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceTitan or ServiceTitan-related website integrations.
  • Familiarity with Scheduling Pro, Marketing Pro, Contact Center Pro, online booking workflows, lead attribution, or similar home services marketing technology.
  • Experience creating scalable, programmatic, or dynamically generated landing page systems.
  • Experience supporting multi-location or multi-brand home services companies.
  • Experience working with private equity-backed, acquisition-driven, or roll-up business models.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, Meta advertising, and the landing page needs of paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with page speed optimization, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO audits.
  • Basic design skills using tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, launch, and maintain websites for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home services brands.
  • Create mobile-first websites that are fast, clean, conversion-focused, and easy for customers to navigate.
  • Build landing pages for specific services, locations, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
  • Develop scalable website templates and page frameworks that can be reused across multiple CMH brands.
  • Maintain a high standard of UX, accessibility, page speed, and technical performance.
  • Support website updates, content changes, service page additions, promotional landing pages, and location expansion pages.
  • Build websites that are specifically optimized for home services lead generation.
  • Ensure every site has strong calls-to-action for phone calls, online booking, form submissions, financing, emergency service, and service area coverage.
  • Optimize pages for mobile users, especially customers searching for urgent HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or repair services.
  • Improve conversion paths from Google Ads, Local Services Ads, organic search, email, and paid social campaigns.
  • Support A/B testing and landing page performance improvements where applicable.
  • Build and maintain landing page systems that can dynamically populate content based on user search intent, service type, geography, campaign, or customer need.
  • Help develop scalable frameworks for service-area pages, city pages, neighborhood pages, and paid media landing pages.
  • Use generative content workflows responsibly to support relevant, localized, and conversion-focused page content.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure dynamically generated content is accurate, useful, brand-safe, and not thin or duplicative.
  • Support structured content models for services, brands, locations, offers, FAQs, and booking pathways.
  • Support website and landing page integrations with the ServiceTitan ecosystem, including relevant Pro Products where applicable.
  • Work with ServiceTitan tools such as Scheduling Pro, Marketing Pro, Contact Center Pro, attribution tools, booking widgets, tracking scripts, and lead source reporting.
  • Ensure forms, calls, booking tools, and campaign landing pages are properly tracked and attributed.
  • Implement and QA GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, call tracking, conversion tracking, pixels, and other marketing technology scripts.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure clean lead flow from website visit to booked job.
  • Support technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, crawlability, metadata, page speed, internal linking, redirects, canonical tags, and indexation controls.
  • Build pages that support strong local SEO performance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other home service categories.
  • Ensure websites are structured to support Google Business Profiles, service-area relevance, local landing pages, and organic visibility.
  • Monitor site health, resolve technical errors, and support ongoing optimization.
  • Support the launch of websites for new acquisitions and new locations.
  • Assist with domain setup, hosting, DNS, SSL, redirects, analytics, tracking, and launch QA.
