We operate in Canada as Engineered Lifting Systems and Equipment (ELS)/DBA Gorbel® Canada, and subsequent communication related to Canadian positions may show the ELS name. Requirements

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (preferred).
  • 2 Years Web Development Experience
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience with Content Management Systems
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and data formats (JSON, XML)
  • Ability to communicate in English

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with VB.NET framework or similar.
  • Sitefinity (or similar content management systems)
  • Human/computer interaction experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build responsive websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other programming languages.
  • Design website architecture and user interfaces based on client or project requirements.
  • Provide website maintenance and enhancements.
  • Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency.
  • Conduct routine site audits and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
  • Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web performance, integrations, and user experience.
  • Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
