In this role, you will collaborate with clients to transform their employer brand into a high-converting, visually appealing digital experience. Requirements

3+ years experience in web design
Portfolio that highlights UX/UI projects
Proficiency in Figma
Solid understanding of website development
Comprehensive understanding of web accessibility (WCAG)
Exceptional communication skills
Proven track record of managing multiple design projects simultaneously for external clients, ensuring on-time delivery without sacrificing quality.
Proven track record of collaborating with technical implementation teams to ensure designs are feasible and executed accurately within a platform’s constraints.
Experience in presenting design concepts to stakeholders and incorporating constructive feedback to reach a final, approved product.

Nice To Haves

Specific experience with HR tech or career sites is a major plus.

Use data such as click-through rates and bounce rates to validate design decisions.
Design inclusive experiences for a diverse global audience, adhering to web accessibility standards (WCAG).
Articulate design rationale to external clients and guide stakeholders through the creative process.
Translate diverse client brand guidelines into polished, high-fidelity web designs that resonate with specific candidate personas.
Design intuitive user interfaces and navigation paths that minimize friction in the job application process.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously for external clients, ensuring on-time delivery without sacrificing quality.
Conduct design discovery sessions with customers to uncover their needs and translate them into functional web layouts.
Ensure designs are responsive and accessible, maintaining a high-quality experience across all devices and browsers.
