About The Position

This role delivers visually compelling digital design that communicates clearly, attracts customers, and drives action. We’re looking for a versatile Web/Digital Designer who can create eye‑catching visual work, translate briefs into polished web experiences, and apply brand guidelines across a wide range of digital and marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience delivering strong visual design across digital and print mediums, with emphasis on web design.
  • Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality visual execution and responsive web design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and Figma.
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and front‑end constraints; able to collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proven ability to manage time, workload, and deadlines across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones efficiently.
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Commitment to staying current with web design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Photography (capture), photo editing, and retouching experience.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years or older, must be willing to take a drug test and background check as part of the selection process and must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

  • Motion, video, and interactive design skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develops visual concepts and executes designs from initial idea through final production.
  • Creates clean, modern layouts with strong typography, spacing, color, and hierarchy.
  • Designs responsive landing pages, marketing pages, and product pages aligned with brand standards.
  • Produces digital assets including web graphics, email designs, social media visuals, and presentation materials.
  • Supports broader marketing needs such as brochures, catalogs, print ads, event signage, and promotional materials.
  • Applies practical understanding of web standards, grids, and responsive behavior to ensure designs translate well in development.
  • Delivers visually polished, brand‑aligned creative across digital and print channels.
  • Translates creative briefs into clear, engaging visual solutions that support campaigns and product launches.
  • Iterates quickly based on feedback and adapts designs to evolving project requirements.
  • Maintains consistency across all digital touchpoints while contributing fresh creative ideas.
  • Produces supporting assets such as banners, social graphics, email templates, and multimedia content.
  • Works closely with copywriters, marketing managers, project managers, developers, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality creative on time.
  • Contributes to brainstorming and concept development to align visual messaging with marketing strategy.
  • Reviews deliverables for accuracy, brand consistency, accessibility considerations, and production readiness.
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative vision with timelines and resource constraints.
  • Maintains strong attention to detail across both digital and print production processes.
  • Helps develop processes, documentation, and templates to improve team efficiency.
