About The Position

This role is responsible for leading digital design execution for the Cosmetics category within the C&H Design Team. The Web Designer will own website design, eCommerce content development, and digital campaign asset creation, ensuring strong brand consistency and efficient digital operations. This position also supports Packaging and Brand Design initiatives to help maintain a consistent brand experience across both digital and physical consumer touchpoints. This role plays a critical part in strengthening the brand’s digital presence, improving content production efficiency, supporting product launches, and contributing to the long-term growth of the business through integrated design solutions.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in web design, digital design, graphic design, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of responsive web design, UX/UI principles, and digital consumer experience
  • Experience designing eCommerce content, especially PDPs, campaign pages, and digital marketing assets
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma or similar design tools
  • Experience developing digital marketing assets including social media content, banners, and paid advertising creatives
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor of Arts (B.A): Graphic Design, Bachelor of Arts (B.A): Web Design
  • Experience Range II: 2 - 4 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and optimize responsive brand websites to ensure a seamless user experience across devices
  • Create and manage eCommerce Product Detail Pages (PDPs) aligned with brand and marketing strategies
  • Develop campaign landing pages, promotional pages, and web-based content
  • Collaborate with development and marketing teams to improve website performance and user engagement
  • Ensure a consistent and effective brand experience across all digital commerce platforms
  • Develop creative assets for social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and promotional campaigns
  • Create digital marketing materials that support brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales initiatives
  • Generate AI-assisted visual content and concept imagery aligned with brand positioning and campaign objectives
  • Maintain visual consistency across all digital marketing channels and consumer touchpoints
  • Support ongoing digital campaigns with timely and effective creative execution
  • Support packaging graphic development for new product launches and line extensions as needed
  • Assist in creating brand communication materials, point-of-sale (POS) displays, and other print-related assets
  • Contribute to brand design initiatives to ensure consistency across both digital and physical consumer touchpoints
  • Support cross-functional design projects that strengthen overall brand identity and consumer experience
  • Collaborate with the Design Team on product launch and brand development projects when required
