About The Position

Parts Town Home, a division of Eldis Group Partnership and part of the Parts Town family, is seeking a highly motivated, entry-level Web Analytics Analyst to join their Marketing team. This role will focus on supporting and managing Google Analytics properties for their B2C eCommerce business across four brands: fix.com, partselect.com, ereplacementparts.com, and genuinereplacementparts.com. The analyst will be responsible for data attribution, accuracy, and completeness, analyzing data, and creating maintainable reporting structures to meet the needs of various stakeholders within the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting and managing analytics platforms across websites and digital properties.
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery.
  • Experience with MS Excel, including large spreadsheets, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems analysis skills.
  • Ability to translate ad-hoc data requests into clear reporting deliverables using multiple data sources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable documenting processes and reporting requirements.
  • Must reside in Florida, Georgia, or Texas.

Nice To Haves

  • Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Helping maintain and manage Google Analytics properties, including administration, analysis, design, setup, maintenance, and standardization across multiple websites and apps.
  • Setting up and tracking online goals, events, engagement funnels, and conversions across multiple domains.
  • Monitoring and evaluating website usage metrics data, A/B testing, and other data to identify user behavioral patterns.
  • Generating analytics, Looker Studio, and BigQuery-based reports for various internal and inter-departmental teams.
  • Understanding stakeholder ad-hoc data requirements and converting them into reporting deliverables such as data visualization, dashboards, and reports.
  • Assessing appropriate reporting mechanisms and determining whether static or customized reports are required.
  • Developing customized queries as necessary.
  • Maintaining procedures and documentation on query and report details.
