Requirements

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work safely at all times and adhere to all safety policies throughout the shift.
Wear required PPE, including safety shoes, ear protection, and eye protection.
Accurately measure fabric and record tape measurements with efficiency and consistency.
Maintain strong attention to detail, continuously monitoring for defects and quality issues.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support workflow and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor weaving machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Interpret and follow technical specifications, work instructions, and production requirements.
Read and use a tape measure to verify dimensions.
Identify and interpret weave patterns, spirals, and forming designs according to specifications.
Inspect materials and finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.
Execute weaving sequences in alignment with established processes and specifications.
Move and transport fabrics to designated areas within the facility.
Operate overhead gantry crane and related material handling equipment in a safe and controlled manner.
