CCP specializes in providing comprehensive cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia region. We are currently hiring for a full-time Wearable Device Supervisor at our Philadelphia, PA, location. This position requires traveling. Please note this role is entitled to a $500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to multitask
  • Computer knowledge is a must
  • Must be well spoken, friendly, and outgoing
  • Clean driving record
  • Reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise medical device couriers that deliver wearable cardiology devices to medical offices throughout the Philadelphia region
  • Assign daily courier routes and ensure the correct number of devices are delivered to each cardiology office on the routes
  • Review and sign off on courier mileage reports for reimbursement
  • Ensure inventory control of devices to track their locations
  • Prepare daily reporting to show device location and status
  • Follow the troubleshooting protocol for devices that were returned in a malfunctioning state
  • Communicate with the device manufacturer and prepare device returns and replacements to the manufacturer.
  • Order medical and office supplies to maintain proper inventory to fulfill device orders
  • Following the completion of the monitoring period, communicate with the patient the proper procedures for ending the monitoring and returning the devices
  • Be responsible for the efficient turnaround of devices.
  • Mail letters to patients for past due returns
  • Prepare FedEx packages for “mail to” patients.
  • Serve as the backup courier for the delivery and retrieval of wearable devices to CCP offices. During times of low staffing. (This will require the use of the employee's own car, for which mileage reimbursement will be provided.)
  • Cleaning and sanitizing the devices to be used on the next patient
