As a Wealth Strategist Market Manager within PNC's Private Bank organization, you will be based in Atlanta, GA. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Directs and oversees the Wealth Strategy function, including critical measurements of assigned market or group.
  • Supports the overall mission and vision of the business.
  • Coordinates/conducts acquisition, performance management, mentoring and coaching reviews of Wealth Strategists while attaining noteworthy customer experience results.
  • Develops and executes strategies to ensure that the goals and objectives of the geographic area (and/or team) can be met.
  • Monitors adherence to AMG's risk and compliance policies and processes for the assigned area.
  • Builds relationships and works closely with internal and external business leaders to facilitate integrated business development opportunities and solutions for clients.
  • Assesses the scope and resources required for various modular tax, estate and financial plans and manages the resources for efficiency.
  • Serves as a subject matter authority for the assigned team and business leadership.
  • Manages the execution of group project activities to support the ongoing strategic plans of the Wealth Strategy group.
