This role is responsible for executing transactions accurately and on time, adhering to established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The officer will also refer or escalate processing or operational issues, identify opportunities for service improvement, and support partners with incoming transactions. Developing and maintaining working relationships with customers, partners, and vendors is also a key aspect of this position. The role involves completing assigned workloads to meet SLA requirements, understanding and adhering to internal and industry regulations, and exercising discretion in managing confidential information. The Wealth Operations Officer II will support the timely and accurate completion of business processes, review internal processes for improvement, and investigate and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities. Adherence to enterprise frameworks and methodologies, such as Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Management, is required, as is compliance with the Bank Code of Conduct. The role also emphasizes active participation in the team, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to a fair, positive, and equitable workplace that supports diversity. The officer will act as a brand ambassador for the function and the bank.
