This role is responsible for executing transactions accurately and on time, adhering to established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The Wealth Operations Officer II will refer or escalate operational issues, identify opportunities for service delivery improvement, and support partners with incoming transactions. They will also develop and maintain working relationships with customers, partners, and vendors, responding to inquiries effectively. The position involves completing assigned workloads to meet SLA requirements, understanding and adhering to internal and industry regulations, and exercising discretion in managing confidential information. The role supports the timely and accurate completion of business processes, including recording transactions, and requires active review of internal processes for improvement. Investigation and escalation of non-standard or high-risk activities are also key responsibilities, along with adherence to enterprise frameworks like Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Management, and compliance with the Bank Code of Conduct. Teamwork, positive work environment contribution, timely communication, and knowledge sharing are essential. The role also involves participating in personal performance management and development activities, cross-training, and acting as a brand ambassador for the function and the bank.
