About The Position

The Piedmont Group is seeking experienced Wealth Managers who are ready to take their practice to the next level. This role offers greater independence, enhanced resources, and a collaborative environment to support long-term development, enabling the creation of a more scalable and sustainable business. Our advisors deliver comprehensive wealth management and holistic financial planning to individuals, families, and business owners, while maintaining client relationships and their practice. Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
  • Must have U.S. Citizenship or Green card
  • Clean Form U4 (no disclosures)
  • Strong interest in financial planning, investments, and risk management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Business mindset with a desire to build a client-focused business
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English and Korean, Chinese, or Vietnamese
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Recent graduates encouraged to apply
