About The Position

Wealth Client Relationship Managers at TIAA partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and grow their practice through referrals, delivering financial solutions that ignite client dreams. Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred
  • 2+ Years of experience in building and maintaining client relationships, preferably with high-net-worth individuals or in a financial services environment.
  • FINRA registrations Series 7, Series 66 or Series 63 and Series 65.
  • Life & Health Insurance License within 120 days of start date.
  • Understanding of investment products, financial planning concepts, and wealth management solutions.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex information clearly and work effectively with advisors, clients, and cross-functional teams.

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ Years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory support, or client service roles within the financial services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Wealth Management Advisors in delivering client service and supporting high-net worth clients.
  • Operationally lead Wealth Management advisory teams to help high-net worth clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Manage responsibilities for a book of assigned clients.
  • Support the implementation of financial plan recommendations.
  • Coordinate asset consolidation.
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently and effectively to bring compounding value and excellence to clients.
  • Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships.
  • Support advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions.
