The Wealth Client Relationship Manager partners with Wealth Management Advisors in delivering client service and supporting high-net worth clients. Working under moderate supervision, this job operationally leads Wealth Management advisory teams to help high-net worth clients achieve their financial goals. This includes managing the responsibilities for a book of assigned clients, supporting the implementation of financial plan recommendations and the coordination of asset consolidation. The role requires clear and succinct communication, effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and efficient time and resource management to deliver value and excellence to clients. Building meaningful and long-lasting relationships while supporting advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions is key. All licenses and registrations must be obtained within 120 days from the start date.
