About The Position

This role involves analyzing department metrics and reporting to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement. The analyst will collaborate with software stakeholders to design solutions that enhance the client experience. A thorough understanding of internal trust operations, customer needs, the competitive landscape, and industry technology trends is essential. The position requires developing and maintaining operating procedures, user documentation, and training materials, as well as providing support to end-users. The analyst will also act as a business line coordinator for projects like software releases and UAT testing, ensure data reconciliation, and support issue resolution. Additionally, the role involves developing report templates, overseeing vendor relations, and coordinating with the Park systems team. Maintaining awareness of and adherence to compliance requirements and risk management concepts is crucial. The position demands delivering a high level of service and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze department metrics and reporting to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with applicable software stakeholders to identify needs and design efficient, effective solutions to improve the client experience
  • Maintain thorough understanding of internal trust operations business processes, internal and external customer needs, external competitive landscape, and industry technology trends
  • Develop and maintain operating procedures, internal user documentation, and internal user training and provide training and ongoing support to external end-users
  • Fulfill the role of business line coordinator for projects such as software releases, monitoring system upgrades and coordinating UAT testing
  • Provide support to ensure data is reconciled and issues resolved timely
  • Develop and maintain report templates
  • Oversee trust operations vendor relations and liaise with Park systems team to coordinate and resolve issues
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
