About The Position

The Private Wealth Management (PWM) Analyst role supports Advisors in soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships. This position is designed to enhance the technical expertise within a specialty area and cultivate superior client-facing skills necessary for advancement to an Advisor role. The Analyst will receive on-the-job training focused on the technical aspects of their specialty. Key responsibilities include client retention, development, and growth of high-net-worth relationships through prospecting strategies, research, pipeline management, and identifying new business opportunities under the general oversight of an Advisor. The Analyst will also provide Advisors with in-depth financial statement analysis using appropriate tools and recommending strategies to prospects and clients to foster growth. This role requires NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, involving a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet NMLS registration requirements can lead to offer rescission or termination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Up to three years of related experience
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
  • Satisfactory criminal background and credit check to meet NMLS registration requirements.
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Soliciting, developing, managing, and retaining client relationships for Private Wealth Management (PWM).
  • Honing technical aspects of a given specialty area and developing superior client-facing skills.
  • Receiving on-the-job training focused on the technical aspects of the specialty area.
  • Responsible for retention, development, and growth of high net worth relationships.
  • Creating prospecting strategies and research.
  • Pipeline management.
  • Identifying new business opportunities that may be acted on with the general oversight of an Advisor.
  • Providing Advisors with in-depth analysis of client financial statements using appropriate financial planning analyses, tools, and materials.
  • Recommending strategies to prospects and clients to promote growth.
  • Obtaining and maintaining National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration.
