About The Position

An Advisor Team within our Rockefeller Global Family Office is seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Wealth Management Analyst to join its growing practice. This role offers hands‑on exposure to portfolio management, financial planning, and high‑touch client service in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. The Wealth Management Analyst will work closely with advisors and internal partners to support sophisticated client relationships while gaining meaningful insight into the full wealth management lifecycle. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; business, finance, or related field preferred
  • Prior client service experience within the financial services industry or equivalent experience preferred
  • Series 7 and 66 strongly preferred; willingness to obtain required licenses if not already held
  • Investment knowledge or experience preferred
  • Excellent client‑facing, interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills
  • Strong understanding of equity, fixed income, and investment concepts
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, reporting needs, and priorities
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams effectively
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑intensity environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Support client meeting preparation by building and analyzing financial statements, developing financial planning insights, and generating portfolio allocation and performance reports
  • Prepare client deliverables for client meetings alongside advisors
  • Communicate directly with clients on both a scheduled and ad‑hoc basis, providing a high level of service and responsiveness
  • Collect, organize, and maintain client financial data to build comprehensive and accurate client profiles
  • Review daily account activity and reconcile transactions, transfers, and trades across custodial and clearing systems to ensure accuracy
  • Track client allocations and asset transfers using internal systems while partnering closely with Rockefeller Operations
  • Coordinate with Alternative Investment and Liquid Markets teams to support client portfolio needs
  • Execute daily operational tasks including account openings, wires, journals, check requests, and other custodial responsibilities
  • Document and help maintain processes and routines critical to the business
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with internal home office teams
  • Collaborate with the Advisor Team to uphold and enhance processes and systems
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, special projects, and team‑wide initiatives as needed
  • Manage aspects of calendars and phone lines by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Assisting with client online access
  • Responsible for submitting the team’s monthly Travel and Expense report via Concur
  • Oversee client insurance and annuities processing
  • Process new accounts and account maintenance, by obtaining all necessary approvals and ensuring all client documentation is returned, completed and approved
  • Coordinate disbursement of Rockefeller tax documents to clients and respective CPA’s
