About The Position

The Wealth Colleague Experience team, within Wealth National Office, builds trust and connection among Wealth colleagues through four key pillars: Events, Career and Learning, Inclusion, Equity and Diversity, and Community and Wellness. By consistently creating legendary experiences, the team ensures every colleague feels valued and supported throughout their journey, fostering a truly exceptional workplace culture. What you'll do: Reporting to the Manager, Wealth Colleague Experience, the Wealth Learning Designer holds an important position within the change learning team, providing support for training initiatives across pan-Wealth journeys and special projects.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree with 5+ years of related adult learning experience
  • Certified in adult learning principles or instructional design.
  • Hands-on experience with learning tools such as Articulate 360, Camtasia, etc to design, produce, and deliver digital training content.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated adaptability and comfort working in ambiguous situations, using sound judgment to navigate shifting priorities and requirements.
  • Strong team player with exceptional collaboration and communication skills, able to build effective partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experienced in leading meetings, facilitating group discussions, and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.

  • WalkMe experience an asset
  • HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience is an advantage
  • UX background is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement engaging learning solutions for Wealth colleagues by utilizing a variety of learning tools to deliver, track, and evaluate training programs.
  • Develop job aids and reference guides to support training initiatives and enhance learner retention, ensuring resources are accessible and practical for day-to-day tasks.
  • Create and maintain dynamic SharePoint sites to organize, share, and update learning resources, ensuring easy access and user-friendly navigation for all team members.
  • Collaborate with change managers and business partners to identify learning needs and translate business objectives into effective instructional content and digital learning experiences.
  • Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to craft impactful materials, including e-learning modules, reference guides, infographics, and multimedia resources.
  • Integrate Thrive Pathways by designing development tracks that support Wealth colleagues’ growth and continuous learning, and well-being.
  • Monitor and analyze learning evaluation and metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness and address evolving workforce needs.
  • Stay current on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in learning and development to enhance the quality and relevance of training solutions.
  • Design, produce, and develop demo videos to visually support training content and enhance learner engagement.
  • Support the creation of manager toolkits, providing leaders with ready-to-use resources—such as agendas, guides, and activities—to run effective training sessions and reinforce learning.
