About The Position
We are looking for a creative, collaborative, and experienced Learning Designer to join our Claims Learning team. As the successful candidate, you will have a foundational understanding of instructional design models that produce impactful, measurable results to support ICBC initiatives, strategies and our purpose to Move All Forward.
Requirements
- Knowledge of learning best practices, methodologies and assessment for various learning modalities.
- Familiarity with audio and video recording, eLearning authoring tools, and publishing platforms.
- Ability to write and communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with Adobe Premiere or Articulate Rise would be an asset.
Responsibilities
- Use core instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create immersive learning experiences.
- Design, develop and maintain eLearning, instructor led (in-person and virtual classrooms), videos, and other support materials (such as job aids and workbooks).
- Partner with Learning Specialists in the development of engaging activities and assessments and learning modules.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to develop content.
