Divergent is a technology company that has architected, invented, built, and commercialized an end-to-end factory system called the Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS) that comprehensively uses machine learning to optimally engineer, additively manufacture, and flexibly assemble complex integrated vehicle structures and subsystems. Products created using DAPS are superior in performance, lower in cost, rapidly customizable to meet mission and customer-specific requirements, faster to market, and scalable on demand to high volume production. Divergent is a qualified Tier 1 supplier to global automotive OEMs, and Divergent is now expanding to support mission critical needs in the Aerospace and Defense sector. Join us to be a part of this transformative journey, where your impact will shape the future of technology and production. We are seeking an early-career Instructional Designer / Learning Experience Designer to help build and scale high-impact learning experiences that drive performance. This role is designed for someone who is curious, hands-on, and motivated to develop craft across the full learning lifecycle—from concept through delivery and iteration. You will contribute to both the design and execution of learning solutions that enable technical teams to learn quickly, apply effectively, and continuously improve. Working at the intersection of content, systems, and operations, you will help translate complex information into clear, practical learning experiences while supporting the infrastructure that makes learning accessible and scalable. This role is an opportunity to build foundational expertise in learning design while contributing to a fast-paced, high-performance environment where learning is directly tied to real-world outcomes.
