Wealth Client Specialists will initiate the administrative review process as required by Regulation. Working as a critical partner with the fiduciary team to identify administrative gaps and responsible for quality assurance and quality control functions consistent with first line of defense established policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 0 years of experience in Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations OR High School Diploma or GED and 4 years of experience in Sales, or Customer Service, or Operations

Responsibilities

  • Uncovers sales opportunities through analysis, reporting, and daily support operations.
  • Works directly with individuals to address issues and respond to inquiries.
  • Determines target needs and provides resolution.
  • May serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout sales process, and assists in calls or presentations intended to solicit business.
  • Prepares documentation presented to clients. This may include proposals, service agreements, and implementation forms.
  • Sources, compiles, and interprets financial data.
  • Performs analysis to determine trends in market, product, or client information.
  • Provides knowledge in area of work.
  • Assists in process troubleshooting for both internal and external parties.
  • May assist in creating and monitoring pricing of Bank products or services, including evaluating competitor products and making suggestions to enhance the attractiveness of Bank offerings.
