This role is an individual contributor position focused on delivering client service to Private Wealth Management clients, primarily servicing lower value client segments. The specialist will serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day transactions and collaborating with Senior Associates to resolve complex issues. The goal is to ensure clients have a positive service experience that exceeds expectations, build and maintain client relationships for retention and engagement, and manage the new client onboarding process. This includes setting up clients in Total Wealth and eMoney, maintaining Salesforce CRM, and updating client paperwork and electronic data files. The specialist will also identify value-added services, review activities for controls, perform Administrative Compliance reviews, and ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Additional duties include managing client event requests, event planning, creating and delivering prospect and marketing materials, and preparing new bank custody accounts for approval. A key aspect of the role is ensuring minimum standards of care are met and that meeting preparation and follow-ups are delivered.
