About The Position

Wealth Client Relationship Managers at TIAA partner with Wealth Management Advisors to deepen client relationships and help them grow their practice through referrals, ultimately delivering financial solutions that fulfill client aspirations. This role requires a curious and solution-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, who takes pride in their knowledge of investment solutions and financial planning. Requirements

  • University (Degree) Preferred
  • 2+ Years Required Work Experience
  • FINRA Registrations: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66
  • Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days
  • Sedentary Work Physical Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Wealth Management Advisors in delivering client service and supporting high-net worth clients.
  • Operationally lead Wealth Management advisory teams to help high-net worth clients achieve their financial goals.
  • Manage responsibilities for a book of assigned clients.
  • Support the implementation of financial plan recommendations.
  • Coordinate asset consolidation.
  • Communicate clearly and succinctly, utilizing interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Manage time and resources efficiently and effectively to bring compounding value and excellence to clients.
  • Build meaningful and long-lasting relationships.
  • Support advisors to implement TIAA advice and planning solutions.
