Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in finance, business, commerce, or related fields.
  • Experience in the insurance or wealth industry
  • CIRO license is required for the Senior position
  • CRM experience is an asset
  • Demonstrated partnership and business building activities
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to business

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative and office support for Advisor(s) practices to enable them to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Providing exceptional customer service experience.
  • Providing administrative support including the management of client files and accounts, meeting preparation, report generation, and research assistance.
  • Partnering with the Advisors to understand the business goals and support the execution of their business plan.
  • Developing rapport with clients as well as building trust with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining compliant client information and becoming an expert at navigating our CRM and Analytic systems, taking pride in ensuring all interactions meet legislative, regulatory and compliance requirements.
