Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in private wealth, private banking, or trust/estate advisory
  • Proven success in business development, client retention, and relationship management
  • At least one of the following licenses or certifications: CFP, ChFC, CWS, CTFA, or FINRA Series 7/66

  • Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by sourcing and converting high net worth/ultra high net worth prospects through referrals, COIs, and community engagement.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead comprehensive wealth planning strategies, including investments, lending, estate planning, and philanthropy.
  • Partner with internal specialists to deliver coordinated, holistic client solutions.
  • Conduct regular client reviews, monitor performance, and adjust strategies to meet evolving needs.
  • Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Track pipeline activity and client data using CRM tools to support growth and reporting.
