About The Position

We are seeking a Wealth Advisor to assist our members with Financial Planning, Estate Planning, and Wealth Advisory needs. You'll bring your expertise and current established network to our member-trusted team, and expand your opportunities through partnership with HSFCU's Commercial, Business Development and Mortgage departments. This position is located at our HSFCU Headquarters in Downtown Honolulu.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience.
• 5+ years of professional work experience in investment services, financial planning and consultation, and relationship management.
• Certifications: Series 7 and Series 63/65 or 66.
• Insurance License.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance, or other related field.
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP), ChFC, CFA or other advanced designation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a substantial book of business consisting primarily of high-value and high-net-worth client relationships.
• Proactive relationship management and strategic financial planning.
• Analyze complex financial situations and develop customized recommendations aligned with clients' objectives, risk tolerance, and life stages.
• Collaborate with internal partners and external professionals including CPAs and Estate Planning Attorneys.
• Serve as a resource and subject matter expert on complex planning, investment, and advisory matters.
