About The Position

Citizens Wealth Advisors help individuals and families attain their financial goals. They conduct thorough discovery to understand clients’ short- and long-term goals and develop tailored financial plans. This is a branch-based role in a collaborative environment that emphasizes client interests and the personal and professional growth of team members. Wealth Advisors work with business partners and centers of influence to identify prospective opportunities.

Requirements

Hold active and valid Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) licenses.
Hold active, valid Insurance Life/Health/Variable licenses, or obtain them within 60 days of starting the role as a condition of employment.
Have at least 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.
Demonstrate a track record in new business development and client book management.
Have proven experience in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.
Be familiar with servicing high-net-worth individuals.
Be comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop a high-quality wealth management practice that provides personalized wealth management strategies.
Enhance and preserve relationships with key partners to increase client introductions and engagement.
Proactively contact clients and prospects to promote Citizens Wealth Management capabilities.
Grow existing relationships through partnership referrals.
Tailor wealth management planning to meet client needs.
Work with internal stakeholders and specialists to deliver services including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.
