Requirements
- Demonstrated experience as a wealth advisor, financial advisor, investment advisor representative, registered representative, or similar financial professional
- Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, or active Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 licenses
- Active state insurance licenses preferred
- Experience providing investment, retirement, insurance, or comprehensive financial guidance
- A record of developing and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance responsibilities
- Ability to independently develop business and manage a client practice
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered recommendations
- Existing production, client relationships, or a transferable practice are strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive guidance to individuals, families, professionals, and business owners
- Develop financial strategies based on each client’s goals, priorities, risk considerations, and time horizon
- Coordinate investment, retirement, insurance, estate-planning, and business-planning needs
- Manage and deepen existing client relationships
- Develop new business through referrals, professional relationships, community involvement, and targeted business development
- Collaborate with specialists and other advisors on complex client cases
- Maintain all required licenses, registrations, continuing education, and compliance standards
- Build a scalable practice supported by effective service, technology, and team resources
