Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing sales or advisory role
  • Proven track record of closing business and generating production
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident presenter with strong in-person presence
  • Highly coachable and performance-driven mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, accountability-focused environment
  • Active Series 65 required (to obtain within first 90-days of employment)
  • Life & Health (2-14 or 2-15) license required (to obtain within first 90-days of employment)
  • Professional appearance and high emotional intelligence

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
  • Develop personalized financial plans covering investment, retirement, tax, estate, and legacy strategies.
  • Monitor and adjust investment portfolios to align with market conditions and client objectives.
  • Implement tax-efficient strategies and coordinate with tax professionals when needed.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts clearly, fostering trust and understanding.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to update, educate, and address concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and tax law changes.
  • Pursue ongoing education to deepen financial planning knowledge and maintain professional certifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the lead generation and administrative teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships based on credibility, professionalism, and client-focused service.
  • Grow client base and assets under management through exceptional service and referral generation.
  • Maintain regularly updated client records and proactive follow-up on all leads and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Make measurable contributions to firm growth and success.
